Here's
something else: I'm more than a real estate agent. I bring an intense
passion to everything I do. I have years of professional experience,
I've accomplished many personal goals and, most important, I have
an insaitable curiosity about everything.
My
wife, Virginia, and I have lived in Seattle since 1986 and we absolutely
love it here. I've lived all over the Western US: Nevada, Utah,
California, Washington and even Texas. My memories of moving with
my family give me a clear understanding of what it's like to relocate
to an unfamiliar place.
We
bought our house in 1989 so we know what it's like to deal with
the day-to-day challenges of owning a home. Our 1940's "project"
has given us first-hand experience with repairs, remodeling, contractors,
landscapers, fences and neighbors. Over the years we've experienced
the powerful feeling of having our own place. My most sincere desire
is to help you find your dream home as well!
Finally,
I think it's important to let you know that Virginia and I love
living in the Pacific Northwest. It's a place where you can enjoy
a balance between the big city and the country. There are so many
wonderful micro-communities that make the Seattle area a fantastic
place to live. In one day you can go to the Pike Place Market, drop
by the Seattle Art Museum, take a ferry ride to Bainbridge Island,
and then go out for dinner at a nice restaurant
on
your bicycle!
Our
favorite activities include Tandem Bicylcing, Ballroom Dancing,
Tango, Gardening, Travel and entertaining friends at our Shoreline
home.
